Your list contradicts itself. Half of your statements are criticizing white people for assuming things about you. The other half criticizes white people for asking questions about you.
I agree nobody should be touching you or staring you down, but most of this list seems really out of place. I'm Russian. The second that someone hears a hint of an accent or reads my name, I immediately get asked where I'm from? when I came here? do I speak a different language? I've played 20 questions all my life.
The assumption of strength is something that I would think any person wants for themselves. The belief that they are a competent, confident, and capable person. That they can be depended on and that they can walk tall. Nobody assumes that anybody is superman. I would think that assuming the opposite would be absolutely humiliating.
