I don't think the displeasure is directly tied to black expression. I universally don't like people trying to shout their views at me and turn off my empathy pretty quickly and I think that is true for most people. My comment is more about there being a disconnect between choosing a form of expression that is less likely to get a message across and complaining that people are not listening. For people that don't care about being heard/understood, grab the bullhorn and go to town, I can just turn off the tv. But, if a person wants their message to be heard and considered by the most amount of people, then it is on them to find a mode of communication that will do the trick.
